・Assist in the daily operation of the accounts department to achieve departmental objectives and goals.

・To manage and provide an accurate monthly debtor statement, monthly banks reconciliation, maintaining journal, General Ledger and other reporting. Assist manager to submit reporting to Headquarter.

・Participate in audits, investigations, stock takes and resolve discrepancies.

・Reconcile bills, invoice and identify discrepancies.

・Create and update Financial Statements, Accounting Reports, Management Reports.

・Maintain and archive digital and physical financial records.

・Perform administrative tasks e.g. filing, data entry, cash SOP, processing mail, etc.

・Handling daily operations work such as check and processing supplier invoice, sales order (checking), and etc.

・Communicate with operation teams included sales & service coordinator; Identifying and handle an operational issue.

・Perform all other related duties as assigned and required by the Management & Superior.

・Dealing with banker, lawyer, secretary, auditor and tax agent. To manage the filling system and to ensure constant improvement to ensure all account’s record in proper.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate or Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.

✓At least 1 years of experience in auditing

✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✓Ability to work independently and in a team environment
