• Handle accounts & collaborate with various functional team (Customers & Suppliers) for day to-day workloads. (PO issuance, Shipment monitoring, Inventory control and Delivery monitoring)
• To identify and resolve business problem through discussion and negotiation with the supplier and customers.
• Responsible for Quotation making.
• Responsible for monthly closing done timely.
• Coordinate with customers & suppliers for quality issue handling.
• To responsible for the sales collection and adhere to credit control.
• Leading, checking & monitoring for junior executive account handling & routine tasks.
• Responsible for monthly closing done timely.
• Handle & collaborate with various functional team (Customers & Suppliers) for new project/new inquiry RFQ.
• To assist in develop and implement sales target and plan to achieve company business sales growth.
• To pro-actively develop potential new business opportunities and establish growth for existing business.
• To interpret and identifying customer requirement by preparing sales presentation and knowledge sharing for targeted customer.
• To do market survey and feedback on market development or trend and provide product, operation and system improvement.
• To monitor closely and ensure all sales issue resolve and meet customer expectation to provide higher quality result and gain customer loyalty.
• To ensure effective and clear communication within the sales team, customer, supplier and others department across the organization.
• To execute any additional task as assigned by Management from time to time.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in sales and marketing, logistics or customer service industry is required for this position.
• Possess experience in sales planning activities, meeting customer, preparing presentation and business development knowledge.
• Good written and spoken in English
• Others languages will be advantage
• Computer Literature (Excel, Word, Power Point )
• High persuasive and negotiation skills
• Good communication and customer service oriented
• Initiative, well-organized and good time management
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proactive, team player and result oriented
• Possess initiative, well organized and good time management
• Good in tasks follow up & reporting

• Able to multitasking
Willing to travel outstation and overseas as and when required.
