・Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner

・Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances.

・Prepare monthly management reports and other accounts related matters.

・Ensuring all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.

・Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy.

・Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent, legal, banker and etc.

・Undertake any other ad-hoc assignment within the department.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

✓Able to handle full set of accounts.

✓At least 3 years of working experience in Finance / Account

✓Familiar with 3AOI Software will be an added advantage.

✓Familiar with MS office, i.e Microsoft Word & Excel.

✓Required languages : Bahasa Malaysia, English , Mandarin

✓Committed, analytical, elf-motivated and able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

✓Good communication and interpersonal skill.

✓Able to start immediately
