・ Provide product application demonstration, training, education, and ongoing support to end-users on the use of Cyberdyne products and software.

・ Provide treatment services using Cyberdyne products in hospitals and clinics in Malaysia.

・ Conducting market research and analysing industry trends.

・ Collect product feedback, requirements, and standards to consolidate and plan for product iteration and improvement.

・ Share know-how with internal and external users regarding the progress and results of the treatments which was performed.

・ Maintain a good relationship with stakeholders related to the service, including hospitals and clinics, as well as patients and their families.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or deep expertise in relevant product management and technical knowledge.

✓2-3 years of work experience as a Physiotherapist or Product Specialist or relevant.

✓Proven excellence in both written and oral communication in English.

✓Pleasant team player with good interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills.

✓Time management and planning skills

✓PC competency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or Keynote)

✓Driving license
