・ Leading both strategic & all operational commercial activities; contribute to the strategic direction and business development of Malaysia business and future APAC region.
・ Meet established financial goals (topline & bottom line) and objectives while maintaining territory budget by driving business growth through geographical expansion strategy execution.
・ Track sales results vs projected budget and outcomes objectives.
・ Develop go to market strategies through direct sales efforts and business partners to accelerate products and services with a business partner in assigned territory.
・ Support distribution partners in the sale of products, including training, sales meeting, technical expertise, and marketing support of the Cyberdyne product portfolio. Establish a wider business network and diversify the reaching out, with the objective of reducing dependency on a single national distributor/ service provider.
・ Identify customer issues and resolve sales-related difficulties. Working with KOLs for strong preference site.
・ Act as a resource for contract negotiation, pricing, proposal, bid preparation, and all customer follow-ups.
・ Timely follow up and manage all leads that are generated or distributed in the territory.
・ Coordinate and facilitate each market regulatory requirement & procedures.
・ For new guideline advocacy and adoption/ implementation and/ or policy change: When we launch a new product/new technology into Malaysia, ability to identify the right KOLs & communication strategy, KOL mappings for Bottom approach as needed.
Intended tasks
• Sales and Support:
o You will be conducting actual product demonstrations, follow-up and supporting local
distributors in selling and closing deals.
• Teaching end users and distributors how to use HAL and Cyberdyne’s products in APAC region.
• Filming what they teach or know, so that it could be used to explain to more people.
• Hosting seminars related to HAL and Cyberdyne’s products etc.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business field.
✓ At least more than 3 years of Sales & Marketing experience in any industry.
✓Proven excellence in both written and oral communication in English and/or in local language for its respective country
• Solid understanding of the acute, post-acute rehabilitation market in the region.
• In-country experience managing sales and distribution infrastructure for any products.
• PC competency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or Keynote)
• Valid Driving license
