shift allowances of RM 450 fix commuting allowances as well or others? ・Daily transportation - calculated on working days only is provided. ・For Driving to work : 45sens /km including Toll fees + Parking Fees ・For Train commuters : according to train fees + other means of getting to the train station. And the working day is it from Monday to Friday ? ・For Airport Position (KLIA) : Shift duty according to roster, 5 days week. We only have 1 shift at the airport 2:45pm - 11:45pm (Passenger Handling Officers) For Town Office (Menara UOA Bangsar) : Regular workdays (Mon - Fri) 09:00am - 06:00pm (Sales/Reservations Officer) As understand this position is offering maximum till RM 5000 , is it still negotiable ? or what is the maximum salary you can consider? ・Salary depends on various factors. For newcomers, we do not offer high salaries or hire higher positions as they are usually inexperienced and we need to train them. We also like to provide more chances for our current staff for promotion. For this purpose, we usually prefer fresh graduates / younger candidates or any candidates who does not mind the low position offered . For Japanese candidates, we are also hiring lower position and is salary is up to RM5000

Main Duties

・Assisting customers from arrival at the airport to boarding the plane

・Greeting and welcoming passengers, and responding to questions

・Flight reservation

・Selling airline tickets

・Boarding procedure (issuing boarding pass)

・Checking in baggage

・Tagging baggage

・Guidance from the boarding gate to the plane

・Assisting passenger with special needs

・Make boarding announcement

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Fluency in written and spoken English is a must

✓Japanese language - Business level. JLPT-N1 or N2

✓Must possess at least SPM/ STPM/ Diploma Certificate in any related field

✓Prefer to have 1–2-year work experience

✓Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
