・ Customer Communication:
Communicate with customers to understand their shipping requirements, provide updates on shipment status, and address any concerns or inquiries.
・ Logistics Management:
Liaise with shipping carriers and logistics service providers to negotiate proper rates, book shipments, and arrange for timely delivery of goods.
Handle shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, incoterms, and local laws.
Coordinate import and export processes to facilitate the smooth and efficient movement of goods across borders, with specific attention to Malaysian laws, customs policies, and business regulations.
Develop and implement reasonable logistics and customs clearance plans to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
・ Cost Management:
Conduct cost simulations and analysis to provide accurate pricing information to customers and internal stakeholders.
Monitor operational pricing and expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize profitability. Work on reducing logistics costs while improving customs clearance and operational efficiency
・ Contract Coordination:
Coordinate new and existing contracts, including contract negotiations, amendments, and renewals if necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract terms and conditions are understood and adhered to.
・ Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation practices.
Audit customs clearance and logistics operations, identifying potential risks and developing solutions to mitigate impacts.
・ Supplier Management:
Manage and monitor third-party agencies, including customs brokers, warehouse suppliers, and transportation service providers, ensuring service quality and compliance
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field is preferred.
✓Language: Able to Write and Verbal communicate in English and others
✓Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
