・ Assist in the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Koreanspeaking clients and internal staff.
・ Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
・ Manage and organize administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
・ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination with clients.
・ Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and cultural nuances relevant to Korean business practices.
・ Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field is preferred.
✓Language: Able to Write and Verbal communicate in English and others
✓Experience: Proven at least 2-5 years’ experience in administrative roles, preferably in a multicultural or international business environment.
✓Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
