・To take responsibility for production, sales, facility Maintenace, HR, Account management
・ Business planning, proceed for project upon HQ approval
・ Management of sales, order forecast, production planning (facility, production, head counts)
・ Budgeting management: Budgeting, prepare internal memo to seek for HQ approval, asset & expense management
・ Facility maintenance: Production facility, Fuel equipment, daily trouble shooting.
・ Human resource: Hiring, Staff review, staff transfer, performance review
・Finacial Management: Monthly, yearly book keeping, annual report, Account audit, Tax audit.

【Administrative Task】・・・Factory Operation, to monitor and manage existing person in charge
・Sales Management ：Sales activities to local clients
・Production Management: Orders forecast, production management, Material order, Head count planning, shipping Delivering plan,
・Manufacturing Mangement: Facility planning based on production planing, head count management, business planning,
・Quality control ：Determination of making new products, handle client's audit、ISO Audit, claims.
・Environment Mangemt: Maintain and improve factory environment, implementation of 5S and safety, hygiene.
・Labor Management: Attendance, salary, bonus, employment rule, staff training.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Experience Factory Manager at Japanese company

✓Prefer experience glass products

✓Good writing and speaking in Japanese & English

✓Well-known Manufacuring

✓Able to handle, Labour, HR, Account, Banking matter
