・Identify, plan, develop and evaluate long and short term marketing strategy to
maximize sales for various Japanese and Taiwanese cosmetic, skincare and hair
care

・To develop pricing strategies for new products based on market situation.

・Propose marketing strategies which combine all marketing mix such as product, pricing, positioning and promotion to achieve business plan

・New Product Development – Analyzing trend and market, establishing pricing, product forecast, and proposed new product strategies

・Daily liaison with principal in evaluating brand positioning

・Manage budget and calculate investment decisions within the limit of allocated budget

・Assist in the development of new/existing products and markets in order to contribute to the achievement of the business unit and marketing objectives

・Provide timely support on digital updating on social media and e-commerce platform – such as Watson , Guardian, Sasa, Shopee, Lazada

・Execute effective marketing campaigns involved ATL & BTL and maximize ROI

・Work closely with KOL to reach potential consumer and build content that optimize for search

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial role (junior manager/assistant manager) in related field is preferred.

✓Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Management, Mass Communications or Public Relations.

✓Current knowledge of retail industry or similar capacity especially in beauty industry or FMCG.

✓Understanding P&L management will be beneficial.

✓Good rapport with media, retailers, stores buyers and malls.

✓Able to demonstrate strong analytical skills.

✓Good communication skills, social skills and presentation skills.

✓Experiences in leading a team.

✓Confident self-starter with a high level of drive, energy, integrity, and professionalism

✓Proactive, well discipline, positive, resourceful, creative, well organized with a keen eye for details and able to multi-task

✓Self-motivated, willing to learn attitude, committed, determined, diligent and trustworthy nature

✓Possess a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and meet deadlines, and able to work beyond contractual work hours when required

✓Able to work independently and be a dedicated team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
