- Reporting to superior and lead day-to-day branch operations for Industrial & Infrastructure
and Defense & Aerospace business domains.
- Involved in strategy development, establish vision & strategy for the business segment, and
demonstrate cross-functional leadership to define and execute the vision and strategy in
Malaysia (including market analysis, material development, and presentation).
- Spearheading for CRM, maintaining strong relationships with multi-level stakeholders
across the broad spectrum including at C-suite level of conglomerates and Government
Linked Companies.
- Directing market analysis and identify gaps and niches and turn into new business
opportunities. This involves continual business prospecting, bidding, and maintaining high
volume pipeline management.
- Coordinate communication between business units, agents and customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Has at least Engineer Bachelor’s Degree
✓Experienced (Has industry experience of at least 5 years in energy, oil & gas, railway, etc.)
