・Update Master File for new FCL shipments based on pre-alert emails received from LSP, SEMA & shippers.

・Check the shipment status (ETA date & time) in port & liner website systems. Update SEMA PIC on the shipment status.3.

・Check & follow up with all LSP for SEMA's Top Urgent shipments.

・Send delivery request (Request Of Transportation) to SDS Transport Team for container delivery arrangements.

・Monitor & follow up for each shipment & container delivery arrangements.

・Get the survey report & damage reports from LSP and SEMA IQC. Register cargo or container damage in CELLO WKS.

・Sort & compile Customs documents (K1 Form, Chit & Receipt)

・Update & submit import volume monthly reports.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least Diploma in related fields

✓Candidate with logistic industry exposure will be an added advantage.

✓Able to communicate with different stakeholders.
