・Oversee overall management of the project including liaising with clients, coordinating and the project,

・Supervising members of the project team,

・Project implementation, financial planning of the projects.

・Provide strategic leadership & technical, managerial leadership for successful implementation of the project activities.

・Oversees budget pipeline development & monitoring budget.

・Liaise closely with project manager, to ensure the project successful implement within the timeline.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ At least have 15 years of working experience in leading project & Interior Design related field will be added advantage.

✓ Competent in drafting (Sketch-up, Autocad etc)

✓ Works flexibly and collaboratively with others departments.

✓ Language required: Chinese, Malay & English

✓ Critical thinking, solving problem & good presentation skill set are required.
