・Prospecting and Lead Generation: through various channels, such as online research, networking events, trade shows, and referrals.
・Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is essential.
・Sales Presentations: Delivering persuasive and compelling sales presentations to potential clients to showcase how their products or services can solve specific problems or fulfill needs.
・Negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions of sales agreements to reach mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.
・Closing Deals: Successfully converting leads into paying customers by guiding them through the buying process and addressing any objections they might have.
・Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by company.
・Collaboration: Working closely with entire teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
・Reporting: Providing regular sales reports and updates to management, detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities.
・Maintaining CRM: Keeping the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up-to-date with accurate information about leads, prospects, and clients.sales executive requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, the ability to work independently, resilience in the face of rejection, and a strategic approach to driving revenue growth
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
✓Required language(s):Japanese.
✓At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
✓Required Skill(s): persuading, negotiation, explanation, confident, fast leaner, hardworking, presentable, trusted, approaches, customer services, sales, marketing, strategic, critical mind, excellent relationship with customer.
✓Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
✓Willing to learn.
✓Have a strong capabilities, effort in persuading, negotiation.
