・Campaign Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve specific business goals, such as
generating leads, or boosting sales.
・Content Creation and Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging and relevant content for various channels, including websites, social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters.
・Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media profiles, including creating content calendars, posting updates, responding to
comments, and engaging with the online community.
・Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search engine rankings and increase visibility on search engine results pages (SERPs).
・Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads), and other online advertising networks.
・Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and maintain communication with customers.
・Analytics and Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various tools and platforms. Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies for better results.
・ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify areas for improvement on our sales
・Digital Advertising: Manage digital advertising efforts, including display ads, retargeting, and affiliate marketing, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
・Online Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the online reputation of the brand, addressing customer feedback, reviews, and
comments.
・Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' strategies, and emerging digital marketing techniques to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital landscape.
12. Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, design, and content teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
✓Required language(s):Japanese.
✓At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
✓Required Skill(s): persuading, negotiation, explanation, confident, fast leaner, hardworking, presentable, trusted, approaches, customer services, sales, marketing, strategic, critical mind, excellent relationship with customer.
✓Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
✓Willing to learn.
✓Have a strong capabilities, effort in persuading, negotiation.
