Company Benefit:
• Working hours: 9.30 am till 6.30pm (Monday to Friday) Follow Malaysia public holiday.
• Staff Insurance - after successful of probation period 6 months will received this benefit (covered for hospitalization benefit, covid19 coverage, total permanent disability/partial/temporary).
• Medical Claim - One time dental claim allowed RM60.00 (NOT FOR COMESTIC).
• Medical Claim - for sick maximum RM60.00.
• Annual leave 14 days one year, if any service less than one year will be prorated basis.
• Medical leave 14 days.
JOB DETAILJob Details
・Forecast and calculate company revenue and profit based on the job order.
・Negotiation with the client (mainly the parent studio) and drafting of documents related to budget (cost estimation), work content, work period, etc., consequent upon receipt of project orders.
・Checking monthly man-day consumption and cost, etc., and checking the content of invoices.
・Internal staff allocation for purposes of operation management.
・Internal resource management for purposes of recruiting.
・Formulate personnel plans with each production group.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓At least 3 years of experience in Production Management or Resource Management in the digital animation industry.
✓A high level of communication skill and ability to adapt to circumstances.
✓Ability to function proactively.
✓Analytic thinking and risk management skills.
✓Leadership skill.
✓Experience with MS Office
✓Must able to speak and write in Japanese
