•1.Input and maintain accounting record/data into (accounting software) accurately and timely.
2.Maintain proper documentation and filing
3.To assist for staff claim and Subcon claim in month-end closing
4.Responsible to verify invoices/receipts and other documents, ensure accur
acy.8.
5.To manage and maintain attendance cloud system.
6.To assist & support related to IT support such as installation server, printer and scanner
7.Manage and supervise company driver schedule, OT claim and submission.
8.Provide administrative/secretarial support and communicate with others branches
9. To work closely with the General Manager on all the Admin related matters.
10. To assist the HR & Admin on filing and data entry
11.To compile data and statistical information on office expenditure or other related reports upon request.
12.To assist in office administration (stationery, office equipment, upkeep and maintenance, cleaning service, refreshments, etc)
13.Arrangement & planning Team building / Training Activities.
14.Performing administrative and clerical tasks.
15.Performing any other duties or assignment as and when directed by General Manager.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓bachelor's degree in business Admin
✓1-2 years working experience in Admin/Account related
✓Experience in prepare admin report
✓Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel and power point
✓ Most important element: Have basic business manner, good time management and interpersonal skills & detailed oriented
