• Perform all local and export functions under the directive of the Sales and Marketing Director.
• Designing and implementing strategic business plans that expand Business’ customer base local and export, executing sales strategies and activities for growth and new product-business development.
• Participating and monitoring in sales and expense budgets, controlling receivables.
• Develop, enhance, and implement procedures to support the department’s functions.
1. Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major clients and company.
2. Conduct personal sales visits, organize sales promotions, expand and manage client relationships by analyzing their data.
3. Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
4. Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
5. Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
6. Lead, managing, motivate and inspire account team assigned to each client.
7. Research potential markets and bring in new clients.
8. Strategic planning to improve client results with performance reviews and establish a timeline of performance to meet sales targets.
9. Conduct personal selling visits to meet all clients’ needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
10. Resolving all client issues and complaints.
11. Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met.
12. Establishing and overseeing internal budgets (Sales and Expenses) in the company and obtain external Sales Projection from the client.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, or equivalent in Business Administration or Food Tech/Science.
✓ At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in any industry (preferably in Food Ingredients/F&B/FMCG)
✓ Passion and sensitive to latest local and global food & beverages trends
✓ Good communication skills, both verbal and written of Malay, English & Mandarin
✓ Experience in managing a Sales outfit with proven track record in Sales.
Willingness to travel overseas as part of job assignments
