・ To calculate quantities or take-off for cost analysis, quotation, or tender purpose.

2. To obtain quotations for tender purpose.

3. To prepare the site budget.

4. To obtain and evaluate all quotations.

5. To prepare of monthly Budget Summary Report.

6. To check subcontractors progress claims.

7. To carry out site measurements.

8. To check suppliers’ invoices.

9. To prepare of progress claims to customers.

10. To prepare variation orders and final accounts for customers.

11. To prepare variation orders and final accounts for subcontractors and suppliers.

12. To liaise with project team and design team for costing matter.

13. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the company Total Management Systems.

14. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Degree in M&E Engineering and not in Quantity Survey

✓Must be willing to be based at Pulau Indah, Klang

✓Experience in calculate quantities or take-off for cost analysis, quotation, or tender purpose.

✓Experience in quotations for tender purpose.
