• To ensure all IT Operations issues are resolved timely.

• To provide technical support for PC clients and printers, CCTV servers and cameras.

• Obtained adequate knowledge on troubleshooting system hardware, software, and networks.

• To complete the installation, maintenance, and upkeep of existing equipment or devices

• Manage and maintain related systems to ensure they are running efficiently.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption to daily operations.

• To perform any other related ad-hoc duty from management as and when required

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent.

✓1-2 years experiences in Information Technology (IT) support is preferred.

✓Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

✓Enthusiastic about latest technology and keep up-to-date.

✓Ability to work with minimal supervision.

✓Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
