・ Assisting and advising businesses on establishing their company's structure, policies, objectives, and procedures for their business operations

・Assisting to create and monitor the legal stance and policies of the business.

・Assisting to defend the business from risks and violations of the law.

・Analyze the legal concerns surrounding novel goods and services.

・ Assisting to ensure adherence to legal requirements, advise management on compliance and regulatory
issues.

・ Assisting to Preparing, evaluating, finalizing, and submitting legal documents associated with business
activities

・Assisting to reviewing and informing the appropriate authorities of any possible or current legal issues.

・Assisting in drafting the contract terms, transactions, and settlements

・Ensuring that all business procedures, plans, and actions are compliant with all applicable national,
international, national, local regulations

・Day to day administration work related to Legal and compliance.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Bachelor’s degree in law

• Candidate must obtain CLP license

• Must be good in written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia, English.

• Honest, responsible, good self-discipline, punctual and polite

•Must be able to understand, read and write Bahasa Malaysia and English
