Human Resources Administration

• Production cost management and budgetary control

• Author and revise all the HR and Admin. related SOP’s.

• Tasks related to accounting.

• Tasks relating to receivables management.

• Fixed asset management

• Procurement of materials and management of receipts and payments

• Security and operational management of facilities

• Building good relationship with local communities

• Tasks relating to affiliated organizations.

• Duties related to human resources, labor and general affairs.

• Ensuring the safety of the employees and plant asset

Office Administration

• Answer the main phone line for the JB office and direct calls / take messages as needed.

• Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies and equipment.

• Arrange courier pick-ups receive deliveries; reconcile courier account invoices.

• Schedule team and management meetings, teleconferences, and web meetings.• Draft, edit, scan, print, and courier documents.

• Administer the contract with, and provide direction to, the office cleaning service provider (JB location)


o Researching and booking flights, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations

o Providing travelers with directions and destination information

o Creating detailed itineraries for all business trips and trade shows

o Negotiating corporate/best travel rates and fares

• Work with internal and external IT consulting services providers to coordinate the information technology (IT), electronic equipment, and business systems of the organization, and act as the first point of contact for internal users requiring support with the organization’s business information systems.

• Arrange, manage, and coordinate all aspects of our business travel to meet the specific needs of employees, including:

o Researching and booking flights, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations

o Providing travelers with directions and destination information

o Creating detailed itineraries for all business trips and trade shows

o Negotiating corporate/best travel rates and fares
