・To achieve overall sales target in the assigned market segment.
・To identify & develop new solutions for machinery and automation segment.
・Focus on growing existing accounts through relationship building and understanding customer requirements.
・Regularly report on market information, including competitor analysis, market trends, and customer feedback.
・Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the machinery and automation sector.
・Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.
・Align all activities with the overarching strategy and objectives of Weidmüller.
・Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to optimize results.
・Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their knowledge and capabilities.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
✓Proven experience in sales and business development within the machinery and automation sector.
✓Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
✓Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✓Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
✓Familiarity with Weidmüller products and solutions is an advantage.
