• Develop and maintain systems to improve and sustain value in the areas of health, safety, environment, production rates, reliability, cost and quality.

• Maintain strong safety and environmental compliance focus.

• Execute recommendations to improve product quality

• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize various equipment that derives processes.

• Read & analyze schematic diagrams to find out solution on problems.

• Being familiar with PLC programming (Mitsubishi/Keyence).

• Able to do single/3 phase wiring.

• Incase unable to repair internally provide suggestion to management next cause of action (vender etc)

• Balance day-to-day operational priorities with long term strategic objectives to ensure alignment with company goals.

• Coach less experienced staff, providing required technical training.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Degree or Diploma　Electrical engineering

✓Fresh graduate may apply.

✓Prefer 3 years' experience of factory Electrical maintenance, trouble shooting

✓Able to do single/3 phase wiring.

✓Language: BM (Native level), English (Business Level)

✓General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation
