・ 1. Talent Acquisition and Training for DL and IDL
Recruiting, hiring, and training for both local and international talents.

2. Human Resources Policy and Procedure Management
Administer personnel regulations, including new employee orientation, retirements, attendance tracking, payroll processing, and handling labor disputes.

3. Foreign Labor Administrative Process Handling and Agency Management
Streamline administrative procedures related to foreign labor.

Manage relationships with external agencies involved in recruitment.
4. Employee Welfare & Social Security Administration (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB,HRDF)
Administering employee benefits and social security procedures, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDF.

5. Headquarters Administrative Process Management
Ensure efficient handling of administrative procedures in coordination with the corporate office.

6. Communication and Documentation with Public Entities
Manage communication and documentation with public entities, particularly in personnel, plant operations, and general affairs.

7. Administrative and General Affairs Management
Overseeing administrative tasks and general affairs, including procurement of office supplies, accounting, and payment matters.

8. General Engineering Contracting, Supervision, and Billing
Managing the contracting, supervision, and billing processes for general engineering projects.

9. Carry out tasks assigned by senior supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay languages.

✓Familiar with labor laws.

✓Over 3 years of HR-related experience.

✓Experience in factory establishment is preferred.
