・ Ensure that suppliers adhere to internal quality standards as well as external laws.

・ Conduct assessments to identify new and dependable suppliers/vendors.

・ Develop and maintain trusting relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

・ Develop and implement procurement best practices, procedures, and policies.

・ Purchase orders should be expedited, and suppliers should deliver requested items within the time frame specified.

・ Create and keep an up-to-date supplier/vendor database.

・ Examine business contracts for legal compliance.

・ Oversee the management of supplier/vendor product cost, quality, and delivery performance.

・ Direct and supervise the activities of purchasing agents to ensure effective performance of job duties.

・ Seek and receive executive approval to secure purchasing contracts with new suppliers or vendors.

・ Compare product prices and service quality on a regular basis to ensure that a company gets the best deals.

・ Able to do department capex, budget forecast and action plan.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Honest, responsible, good self-discipline, punctual and polite

✓Must be able to understand, read and write Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin or Japanese language.

✓Electonic and electrical knowledge (experiences in E&E)

✓Bachelor’s degree in business or minimum Diploma holder
