・DPR engineer is responsible for providing the most suitable solution to customers'
modification requests, through close communication and coordination with R&D Team in Japan.

・Together with Sales Engineers and Customer Engineers, the candidate is also required to support projects from the point of receiving customers' inputs to the installation and implementation of these solutions.

・Clarification and adjustment of customers' requested specifications, and proposal of specifications to customers

・Handling of technical inquiries from customers (directly engineers)

・Introduction and proposal of solutions to customers

・Clarification and adjustment of specifications with R&D Team in Japan.

・Lead time adjustment with customers and Factory Team in Japan

・Support the development of new functions and new machines

・Troubleshooting support during implementation of new functions

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Minimum 2 years of experience

✓Education: Bachelors (required)

✓Good communication skills in English & Japanese (JLPT N2)

✓Open for fresh graduates or candidates from various background

✓Enjoy working with different people.
