・Customer Interaction:
Handle customer inquiries and requests through phone and email.
Facilitate smooth communication with customers and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
・Order Processing:
Receive and process customer orders, entering them into the system and managing the order fulfillment process.
Verify inventory levels and coordinate delivery schedules to provide accurate information to customers.
Contract and Document Management:
・Organize sales contracts and related documents for quick and accessible information retrieval.
Provide support regarding legal terms and ensure compliance with contract agreements.
・Administer the expense reimbursement process for sales representatives.
Ensure proper approval processes in line with budget constraints.
Report Generation:
Compile reports on sales activities and performance for submission to relevant departments.
Support the tracking and analysis of sales metrics, proposing improvement strategies.
