・Provide support to HR and Admin Managers.
・Assist in company audit preparations.
・Perform document creation and organization tasks.
・Manage and execute various HR tasks, including:
-Supporting the recruitment process (creating job advertisements, scheduling interviews, etc.).
-Managing onboarding procedures for new employees.
-Assisting in employee attendance management and payroll calculation.
-Supporting the performance review process.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in HR management, admin tasks, or related fields.
✓Excellent document creation and organization skills.
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other office software.
✓Strong time management and prioritization skills.
