・Be part of contributor for any internal/external machine performance

・Collaborate as a translator with a variety of sections in production which have different need

・Perform as an interpreter/translator to assist Japanese members/expatriates with new projects, discussions, and meetings (from Japanese to English or vice versa).

・Responsible to do translation of technical documentation, email correspondences, technical proposals, presentation slides, videos, meeting minutes, and administration work (from Japanese to English or vice versa).

・Assist in preparing and filling the meeting minutes, documentation, technical data, etc from Japanese to English into the computer system.

・Checking and verifying documents from Japanese to English or vice versa.

・Support/Assist Japanese Expatriates in daily operations and activities.

・Assist in liaising or coordinating with Japanese Expatriates, Japanese Guests, or VIPs when necessary.

・Interpret and translate the engineering technical terms.

・Other duties and tasks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Degree in Electrical Engineering

✓ Japanese Translation and Interpreting skills.

✓ Fluency in Japanese (N1 or N2 Certification is a must) and English.

✓ Excellent communication skills.

✓ Ability to accurately translate Japanese to English and vice versa.

✓ Strong attention to detail.

✓ Experience working as a translator or interpreter is preferred.

✓ Experience in the Semiconductor industry is a plus.
