• Responsible for the sales plan and strategies for Modern trade – Drug Pharma / CVS chain / Hyper Supermarkets channels.

• Responsible for A&P management for the accounts in charge to ensure cost efficiency and positive ROI.

• Responsible to achieve the sales, new listing, SKUs expansion, brand & product visibility and availability to sustain demand & maximise business growth.

• To conduct analysis – by considering the PDCA (Plan, Do/Did, Check result and Action to be taken next).

• Negotiate business terms with each channel and/or customers to reach the most effective conditions and/or profitability for the company.

• Gain customers, competitors and market insights and leverage on these commercial insights to create sustainability business for both parties – Company & retailers.

• Coordinate with brand team to align brand strategies & directions, ensuring common key objective is achieved in the trade.

• Lead and conduct business reviews with key accounts/retailers to align business objectives and sales plans.

• Produce Weekly and monthly reports; give up-to-date sales information on customers’ sales activities in order to keep track of their performance.

• Conduct frequent stores check / audit to have a better gauge on the market situation, identifying key problems, opportunities and service level of our Distributors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Science/Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.

✓Prefer candidate with at least 3 years of working experiences in Modern Trade – Key Accounts Management, particularly in Drug Pharma and/or Hyper Super Markets Channel.

✓A person with good business acumen, excellent in data analysis and solution proposals/ ideas.

✓Computer literacy in MS Office. (Work well in Excel & PPT).

✓Passionate to propose his/her own ideas and strategies with logical explanation and objective to improve the business.

✓Possess strong interpersonal skill, positive attitude, results oriented, team player and able to work independently.

✓Good command in English & Chinese, both spoken and written.

✓Able to work in fast pace working environment.

✓Willing to travel. (Required to travel outstation/ East Malaysia 1-2 times per month).

✓Added advantage: Able to start work immediately and speaks Japanese language.
