・ The Purchasing executives will be responsible for procuring goods and services for the company in an efficient and cost effective manner, while ensuring that quality standards are met.

・ The Purchasing Executive will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contacts, and identifying cost saving opportunities

・ Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and purchasing software

・ Experience in familiarity with sourcing and procurement of raw material, packaging materials and electronics components

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Statistics / Supply Chain Management / Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
(**with strong mathematical/statistical background - including SPM result)

✓Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain management

✓Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationship

✓Strong analytical and problem solving skills

✓Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and purchasing software

✓Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines

✓Familiarity with sourcing and procurement of raw material, packaging materials and electronics components

✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer service orientation

✓Priority for candidate experienced in automotive industry especially in APQP team and project based timelines
