・• Lead division morning briefing and assign task to subordinate

• Lead Engineering Weekly Progress Meeting

• Lead Health, Safety and Environment Committee Meeting

• Write Manager monthly report

• Write and update division weekly progress report

• Update and report clean room pressure, temperature, and humidity

• Overall Plant facilities operation and maintenance monitoring

• Plan and manage yearly budget

• Ensure legal compliance DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and local council

• Manage complaint and request from facilities end user

• Delegate section task and responsibility to sub-ordinate

• Involve in Future Plan related to factory layout and equipment

• To coordinate staff training and hand-over for new facilities equipment introduction

• Manpower planning and structuring section organization for efficient workflow

• Keeps all work areas neat and orderly, practice good housekeeping

• ERT Commander

Ad-Hoc:
- QMS ISO Committee member

- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the superior from time to tim

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor of Degree in related field.

✓At least 10 years experience in manufacturing fields.

✓Lead Health, Safety and Environment Committee Meeting

✓Overall Plant facilities operation and maintenance monitoring

✓Experience in QMS ISO Committee member

✓Japanese Speaker required JLPT N1 /N2
