・Strategic planning and execution of policies regarding human resources.
・Management and enhancement of procedures related to employee recruitment, placement,
employee relations, performance management and evaluation, training and development, and also compensation and benefit.
・Planning, implementation, and assessment of career development and training programs for
employees.
・Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and company policies.
・Promoting initiatives for internal communication and boosting employee morale.
・Providing advice and support for problem-solving and conflict resolution within the organization.
・Strategic planning and execution of general administrative tasks within the organization,
including facility management and security management.
・Managing company hostel facilities and foreign workers working permit and discipline as well.
・Managing company facilities including general affairs and transportation.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Hold a Diploma or bachelor's degree in HR course.
✓Possess 3 years of extensive experience in either human resources management
or general administration.
✓Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to effectively lead departmental teams.
✓Have strong communication skills and the ability to build smooth relationships with
management and workers.
✓Be knowledgeable about legal requirements and regulations, particularly labor laws and regulations,
and capable of formulating strategic HR policies based on them.
✓Exhibit problem-solving skills, decisiveness, high ethical standards, and the ability to manage
confidential information appropriately.
