・Overall Menu Planning and Management: Develop annual staple menu plans, create special products, and plan new products monthly (main products are prepared in Japan).
・New Product Development and Presentation: Develop new products using local and other overseas materials (including pricing proposals).
・Product Naming: Mainly for local products, but also rename Japanese imported products if they are difficult for locals to understand.
・Negotiations and Purchasing: Purchase not only food ingredients but also non-food materials such as equipment, packaging materials, consumables, and office supplies.
・Price Negotiation: Regularly negotiate price reductions for all materials or prevent price increases.
・Cost Management: Adjust portions, etc., to control the PL budget, and maintain an appropriate balance between customers and the store in conjunction with the above price negotiations.
・Warehouse Management: Properly maintain inventory in the warehouse for both imported and local products to prevent stockouts, freshness deterioration, and expiration.
・Logistics Management: Establish routes for materials to reach the store (mainly domestic) and manage logistics at minimal cost.
・Building and Managing the Ordering System: Register all products with IDs, including work-in-progress, and connect the logistics between stores, suppliers, and headquarters in collaboration with the IT department.
・Training and Managing Subordinate Personnel: Train and manage personnel who will become subordinates. (Initially, there will be no subordinates)
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
【Experience】
Industry Experience: Over 5 years of experience in the food industry.
Preferable Experience: Experience in product development and procurement operations is preferred.
【Skills】
Menu Development and Product Planning: Experience in developing menus and planning products.
Price Negotiation and Cost Management: Skills in negotiating prices and managing costs.
Warehouse and Inventory Management: Experience in managing warehouses and inventory.
Distribution Management and Order System Construction: Experience in managing distribution and constructing order systems.
Presentation Skills: Proficiency in presenting ideas and proposals.
