・To assist superior in managing, supervising & implementing the sales activities

To communicate with agents on forecast, order, claim & delivery

To ensure Purchase Orders and Invoices are update into the ERP System

To liaise with related departments for delivery and related matters

To monitor the daily & monthly sales progress

To receive customer information

To comply with Custom regulations - import, export, awareness & management

To arrange shipment and liaise with forwarders on services & costs

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Degree / Diploma in any field / Logistic

✓ 3-4 years experience in sales support / logistic

✓ Experience in Purchase Orders and Invoices are update into the ERP System
