・ Monitor production plan & result.

・ Follow up shipment plan & delivery.

・ Follow-up parts supply from other department.

・ Monitor and align production to achieve yakiri on that month.

・ Discuss/meeting with sales/customers about delivery pan or shipment adjustment.

・ Discuss/meeting with internal department and external (HQ) for parts delivery.

・ Follow up and monitor new transfer product.

・ Leave approval for department.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Education:a. Bachelor degree, master degree.

✓ More than 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing field.

✓ Knowledge in ISO.

✓ Able to understand environmental issues, quality and information policy.

✓ Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

✓ Japanese speaker (Compulsory) Business level, prefer N2 above
