・To understand Project policy for safety, schedule, cost and quality and support Project Manager to achieve them on all site activities.

・To overall coordination of the various trades in relation to all the works.

・To review for discrepancy between architectural and structural drawings.

・To ensure the constructions are as per approved design and use of materials etc.

・To liaise with subcontractors/suppliers, consultant and customers.

・To coordinate the performance of the subcontractors and suppliers.

・To jointly prepare with the specialist subcontractors, the various work method statements and/or Safe Operating Procedures when required.

・To check and review all engineering calculations are conforming to relevant standards code of practice for works such as temporary formwork and scaffold working platforms, temporary sheet piling and other forms of showing etc.

・To coordinate and periodically report to the Project Manager the project’s progress status at the interval as directed by the Project Manager.

・To enhance safety awareness throughout construction period.

・To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Kajima Total Management Systems.

・To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess relevant certificates in M&E Engineering

✓At least 5 to 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.

✓Willing to travel with own transport and willing to work night shift and weekend.

✓Willing to accept Contract Basis employment.

✓Willing to relocate.
