・ Handle an ISO9001 and ISO45001 certified company

Document Control Management:
・ Maintain document control and be responsible for ensuring all documentation is prepared, organized, and submitted following project requirements and specifications in accordance with ISO standards.
・ Assist in updating project lists, project files, and control logs as required.
・ Manage the storage and retrieval of all project documentation and ISO standards documentation (both electronic and hard copies).
・ Coordinate with project teams to develop and maintain project files and registers for project documentations (i.e. project-related drawings, technical reports, design records, standards & procedures, and correspondence, including minutes of project meetings).
・ Collaborate with QA/QC, Safety, and CAD teams to maintain records related to testing, materials, parts, drawings, and more.
・ Maintain and communicate updates on recordings of approved documents and drawings to relevant parties and governmentauthorities.

Record Keeping and Administration:
・ Prepare construction project documents and follow up on documents related to ISO standards activities.
・ Coordinate with authorities and manage the submission of licensing and application documents.
・ Handle other administrative tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓A diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred.

✓Preferably 2-3 years of experience with an understanding of project planning, project management, and project engineeringfunctions.

✓Experience in the engineering or construction industry is an advantage.

✓Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).

✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with people at all levels.

✓Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and under pressure with minimum supervision.
