・Manages sales team, review sales progress to improve revenue
・Achieve sales target through managing whole sales team
・Adjust sales strategy by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
・Provide accurate forecasts (annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams) to manager
・Support all staff management processes, including the hiring and training of the workforce
・Sales contact for key accounts(MIE)

Job weight
・Support to make departmental plan & strategy to reach target 30%
・Achieve annual Sales & Order & OP target 30%
・Manage sales member and train them 20%
・Report to management regularly on required items. 20%

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓More than 10 years Sales experience.
✓More than 5 years Sales experience which handle valve or related item.
✓(Preferred) More than 5 years management experience.
