・Salary during the first 4 months of probation: RM3,700
・Upon completion of probation and without passing the appraisal test: RM4,000 - RM4,500
・Upon completion of probation and passing the appraisal test: RM4,500 - RM5,500
・If passed at least JLPT N3 and able to communicate with Japanese Manager in person, will switch to Japanese Speaker salary package (at Manager's discretion)
Job Duties:
・Learn and master appraiser's skill set to assess value of luxury goods across multiple brands, based on authenticity and condition
・Taking photos of products and managing product listings across multiple eCommerce platforms
・Reply to online enquiries and arrange shipment or collections with customers
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓No experience required, training will be provided.
✓Outgoing and positive attitude, able to converse with and engage customers with ease
✓Prioritize candidates who are bright and have high communication skills
✓Having customer service experience is better.
✓Willing to work on weekends
