・ Conduct product testing and prepare first article documentation
・ Well knowledge in ISO9001:2015 process and documentation - Assist and support for Quality Management System implementation
・ Handles and response to customer claims and complaints
・ Assist and supports in maintaining CAPA (Corrective action /Preventive action)
・ Review product certification and maintain records
・ Monitors and maintains measuring and monitoring equipment calibration issues
・ Communication with customers and suppliers in regards to quality issues
・ Plans and conducts internal and external audit
・ Ensures all processes are following the SOP to maintain product quality
・ Judges and gives approval for final shipping documentation on behalf of Quality Manager
・ Initiates and conducts training related to quality department members

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓  Business level of Japanese Language
✓  Computer skills; able to use basic Microsoft Office
✓  Must have supervising and monitoring skills.
✓  Must have skills in performing internal audit, and knowledge in Quality Management System
✓  Must be able to complete task with minimum supervision
✓  Must have a good verbal, written and communication skills
