HR Executive(Performance Management&Compensation &Benefits)
• Manage, support and improve related HR policies and procedures.
• Handle Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits.
• Ensure smooth management of the appraisal process.
• Execution of employees' performance review procedure.
• Compiling performance evaluation rating.
• Handle compensation reward packages.
• Develop and implement employee benefits package.
• Market Research on Compensation and Benefits for sustainable market competitiveness.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Ensure that all managers and employees adhere to HR policies.
• Educate employees continually on HR policies.
• Maintain employees records and related data.
• Support employee relations and grievances.
• Support in misconduct and disciplinary actions
• Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
• Other job tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
✓ At least 3 years of working experience in HR field.
✓ Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and IR will be an added advantage.
✓ Proficient in spoken and written English and Malay.
✓ Good knowledge in Microsoft Office & Excel.
✓ Responsible and meticulous with good working attitude.
✓ Reliable, able to multitask and work independently.
