To conduct end-to-end sourcing activities and purchasing of material or service processes.

To liaise and execute negotiation process with vendors to ensure on-time delivery, quality and cost of material.

To conduct supplier qualification, evaluation and follow-up on vendor price, quality and delivery performance.

To establish and maintain supplier relationships and monitor suppliers’ performance.

To review, monitor, prepare and perform supplier database, report & record, procurement activities

Coordinate with Production Planning, Store, Account and other departments on material planning and budgeting.

Performs any other duties as assigned by Superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Minimum Diploma in any field.

✓ Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, & Mandarin.

✓ More than 3 years working experiences in procurement is preferable (especially in furniture industry).

✓ Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft word & Microsoft Excel.

✓ Can work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure.

✓ Good personality and excellent communication skill.

✓ Must able to work in Shah Alam and can travel.

✓ Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
