・To handle account receivables/account payables duties.

• Manage daily accounts operations and data entry.

• Prepare invoice, payment voucher and statement of accounts.

• Ensuring records and transaction are accurately updated.

• To ensure proper filling of accounts records and documentation.

• Handle reconciliation of account.

• To assist with month-end financial reports

• To assist any other ad hoc assignments

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Required for 6 months period start from Jan 2025 to June 2025

✓ Accounting major

✓ Proficient in Microsoft Office

✓ Aptitude for mathematics

✓ Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles

✓ Attention to detail

✓ Ability to multitask

✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
