・ Cross check production result at SAP with actual production data.

• Create production order (SAP).

• Follow up closely with logistics team regarding export shipment schedule.

• Prepare weekly production schedule for Coating

• Prepare monthly production schedule based on Forecast.

• Prepare shipment plan for logistic team to make container booking.

• Create and prepare monthly reports for management.

• Make sure production output and shipment delivery can be achieved.

• Improve operation flow, maintain PC documentation, prepare ISO documents.

• Support Stock take for material and chemical.

• Prepare auto roller sheet (material) for production D1.

• Maintain SAP.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree holder in Business/Admin/Supply Chain

✓ At least 2 years of working experience in related field or planner in Manufacturing

✓ Advanced computer skills in MS Office, Microsoft Excel Advance (especially in Formula Function) &SAPSystem.)
