・Formulation of Talent Development Strategy:
Develop short- and long-term talent development strategies based on the company’s vision and goals. Work with the management teams of each local subsidiary to define the necessary talent for growth and create appropriate development plans. Design skill development plans tailored to the needs of each subsidiary and take a lead to implement the necessary training programs.

・Skill Gap Analysis:
Analyze the gap between the current skills of employees and the skills required for future roles at each local subsidiary, using a skill matrix to visualize these differences and provide opportunities to have employees and management recognize the existing gaps.

・Design and Implementation of Training and Education Programs:
Collaborate with HR departments at each local subsidiary to design and implement training programs aimed at improving employees’ skills and knowledge. Develop and execute leadership training, management programs, and orientation and skills development programs for new hires. Introduce e-learning and online platforms to foster continuous learning.

・Performance Management and Career Development
Guide local HR departments in designing career paths and managing employee development, setting concrete growth goals. Implement performance evaluation systems and provide feedback to ensure the establishment and execution of development plans. Introduce talent management programs to identify and nurture high-potential employees

・Leadership and Succession Planning:
Design the framework for a succession planning program to nurture future managements and leaders and guide its implementation at each local subsidiary

・Fostering a Culture of Learning and Growth:
Promote a culture that encourages employee self-development and career growth through consultations with management and HR teams at local subsidiaries.

・Evaluation and Improvement of Development Programs
Regularly assess the effectiveness of training and development programs, propose improvements, and ensure the return on investment (ROI) is reported to management.

・Collaboration with External Partners
Build cooperative relationships with universities and educational institutions in Singapore and elsewhere to incorporate the latest training techniques and knowledge.

・Promoting Diversity & Inclusion and Enhancing Well-being:
The goal is to foster a corporate culture where diverse talents respect one another and create a workplace environment where each employee can positively work with a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Additionally, various methods will be employed to promote cross communications across different organizations within or over the region, as well as the headquarters in Japan.

1) Enhancing Engagement:
Lead initiatives to build an organization where employees are motivated to achieve their goals and grow in their careers. This includes suggesting updates to HR practices to ensure effective goal-setting, regular performance feedback, and offering access to support services like counseling. Implement systems to regularly monitor employee engagement and motivation, analyze the results, and report them to management. Propose improvements for programs that boost employee morale and work satisfaction, and actively promote initiatives that improve the work environment and employees’ physical and mental well-being.

Increasing Loyalty:
Design and lead initiatives that strengthen employees' connection to the company's mission and values. Identify key areas where employee loyalty can be improved, propose actions to management, and support their implementation to foster trust in the company and promote long-term commitment.

Organizational Vitalization & Mutual Respect among Employees:
Create and promote a corporate culture that values diversity, where employees respect each other regardless of nationality, beliefs, or backgrounds. Collaborate with teams to implement initiatives that encourage a dynamic and inclusive work environment, and evaluate their effectiveness. Promote communication and cooperation within and between different subsidiaries, aiming to create a culture of mutual respect and understanding that enhances overall organizational performance and values

・Budget Management and Resource Allocation
Lead the planning and management of budgets related to talent development programs at each local subsidiary

・Analysis and Utilization of HR Data:
Utilize Human Capital Management (HCM) systems to collect and analyze various HR data and apply this analysis to talent development initiatives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓University or equivalent educational background related to the relevant field

✓Experience managing subordinates

✓Negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders

✓Ability to identify and solve operational issues

✓Language: Native-level English

✓IT skills: Information security literacy, HCM implementation and HR data analysis, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, etc.
