・Perform general office administrative duties.
・ Assist the Japanese superior in the day-to-day office duties.
・Assist in the new office setup.
・Serve as a liaison between the Japanese expatriates and local Malaysian staff.
・ Responsible for translating documents from Japanese to English/Bahasa Malaysia and vice versa.
・ Prepare sales related documentations (e.g. DO, invoice etc.).
・ Liaise with the relevant local authorities and government bodies when necessary (e.g. license matters, permits, regulations etc.).
・Any ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the company.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Language: Fluent in spoken and written Japanese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
✓Willing to relocate to Samalaju. Accommodation will be provided.
✓Open to working in a factory setting.
✓Minimum 5 years of experience in office administrative tasks.
✓Good communication and interpersonal skills.
