・ Translation and interpretation (Japanese).

・ Especially for Factory safety purpose, translate Japanese Managing Director's instruction to English, BM accodingly

・ Ensure the decisions and instructions by MD are properly carried out and communicated.

・ Maintain strict confidential and interact professional with all level of management, department and business partners.

・ Assist in dealing with incoming enquiries, requests, gathering information and follow up action such as responding to queries and chasing response on behalf.

・ Undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties as an when required.

・ Any other job as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the superior or management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Education: Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree or equivalent.

✓ Proficient in spoken and written in English, Malay, Japanese is a must with Level N2
and above. JLPT N2 and above is required.

✓ Matured, possess a pleasant personality and self-motivated, able to work independently.

✓ Fresh graduate may apply
