・Providing assistance to a sales superior to help meet sales target, as well as ensure efficient sales activities
・Work together with superior while taking good communication and team work among the team, suppliers (ex. Forwarders, Shippers)
・Maintain contact with abroad clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base.
・Support the team and learn how to analyze the market, competitor, and Kewpie itself
・Supervise the activities of sales representatives and team in order to meet sales target
・Take proper action based on the approval and instruction from the management
・Have a curiosity on the foreign culture and open minded to the each countries' culture (Food, Races, Living, religious, etc.)
・Flexible and able to approach logically for the solutions, suggestions and others.
・Absurd every segment knowledge, work together with every department and approach to customers including food service, retail and marketing
・Love and understand the Company Culture
・Capture the potential needs and develop the business in the country in charge
・Providing assistance to a sales Senior Manager or above to help meet sales target, as well as ensure efficient sales activities.
・Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base.
・Well communicate among team to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set and achieves goals and targets.
・Learn and Support supervising the activities of sales representatives and team in order to meet sales target.
・Learn how to satisfy customer’s needs and request, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
・Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolution of customer complaints.
・Good communicate and deliver correct message. Also company’s direction to customer to make sure customer’s planning are same with company’s decision.
・Brush up the negotiation skills to protect company’s benefit while fulfill customer’s needs and demand.
・Learn and apply understanding of market trends/business practices in taking decisions necessary for enhancing the sales process.
・Be sensitive in changes on market trends and adjust accordingly after discuss and get approval of sales management.
・Display and explain company products/services to potential clients to influence purchase.
・Perform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing and inventory.
・Ensure the welfare of merchandisers, promoters, and that their concern are noted and addressed.
・Good communication and cooperation with others department colleagues to make sure daily jobs are on track and smoothly.
・Maintain an updated knowledge of company’s goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing.
・Coordinate with supplier, distributors or other department to make a good arrangement for events.
・Participating in any company’s events.
・Assist to develop new market.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓2~3 years or more Export Business and sales experience and/or Business development experience
✓Language English & BM Business level, added advantage for Chinese & Japanese
✓Bachelor or Diploma (Fresh Graduate is acceptable)
✓Strong in Data analysis
✓Interest in the Food business
✓Retail and Marketing
✓Driving license,
✓Logical thinking Skill,
✓Communication Skill (phone, email),
✓Negotiation Skill,
✓Problem solving Skill,
✓Sufficient computer Skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)
✓Though most of the work shall be taken place in the office, there could be a chance to visit abroad depending on the situation time by time
